TEXTURING BRUSH
Texturing Brush for performing texturing operations conforming to
M.O.R.T.H. code. The texturing tines are made from specialized steel alloy formulations for deep depth of texturing & long life of the brush.
Our Texturing Brushes are available in 3 variants:
TCM Brush
TCM Brush use as an attachment for the Texturing Curing Machine. It is available in wide widths for use in Wirtgen and G&Z TCMs. Brushes of required width and tine spacing can be manufactured as per customer requirements.
Manual Brush
Manual brush is rod driven and is used when panels are laid manually or when there is a breakdown of the TCM. SOLANKI Manual Texturing Brushes are made light weight for easy handling.
Rope Driven Brush
Rope Driven Brush is used at locations where transporting the TCM is not possible, where wide width panels are laid. A rope driven mechanism is used for pulling the texturing brush while angular load principles are used for controlling the depth of texturing
